The Dream Reapers (Somniorum Messores) originated from a noble detachment of Ultramarines, which accompanied an Imperial Guard division. They, in turn, were protecting settlers and miners terraforming Laurentix, long before the Eye of Terror era.

    Just in case you’re wondering, I make it a point to paint heads separately, regardless of color.  I made the mistake of not doing that with my Blood Angels and I regret it.

    Loving the first of the runners up chapters, Blue and Teal is an interesting color combo, and the dream reapers sound cool, wish I knew more about the chapter’s history and organization. but loving the mantra! very 40k!

About Paul

I'm a web developer - I develop webs, like Spiderman, but in Suburban Philadelphia instead of New York. When I'm not doing that or some other life-having activity, I'm working on my Blood Angels or Salamanders. I started painting about 4 years ago, first with Crimson Fists/Black Templars, then Eldar. I sold off both of those, and currently, I've got around 2500 points worth of Blood Angels, and over 4000 points of Salamanders. Some of that is even painted.
